RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Fixo accepts returns within 14 days of the online purchase date.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@fixo.com.au. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

  • Be in unused, uninstalled condition

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, installation, physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering.

Installed or used parts are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

SHIPPING (Returns)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Fixo provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid or water damage

  • Damage caused by installation, misuse, or external factors

  • Used or installed products

To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@fixo.com.au with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Your order number

USED PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed parts

  • Used phone, computer, or electronic parts

All parts must be returned in unused and uninstalled condition to be eligible for a return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and assist you.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
